Christine Mendoza, COTA

Christine joined Speech Therapy Plus in October of 2022. She graduated from Tyler Junior College in 2022 earning her Associate of Applied Science Degree (AAS) to then become an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Upon graduating, she completed a 4 month internship in Sydney, Australia where she worked as an aide under multiple OT’s to provide adequate services to a range of children (4-18) within the Special Educations School. Christine is passionate about the OT profession and aims to provide children and adults with a safe environment to grow their confidence and encourage them with opportunities to become more independent in their everyday life.

Christine enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures as well as spending lots of time with her family and friends.
