We work with a variety of insurance plans. Please provide your insurance card and any changes of address at check-in so that your records will be kept up-to-date. Please be advised that if your insurance is an HMO, you will need a referral in advance from your Primary Care Physician (PCP).

  • We will be happy to assist you with determining your speech therapy and OT benefits.
  • We will bill your insurance companies for claims processing.
  • Co-pays, co-insurance and private pay fees will be required at time of service.
  • Please verify with your insurance provider for speech therapy coverage under your policy.
    (In the case that your insurance will not cover speech therapy services for you or a dependent, you will be financially responsible for any and all charges for treatments provided.)
