When an Occupational Therapy Evaluation is Recommended

Occupational therapy focuses on helping adults gain back their skills for completing activities of daily living. This includes basic tasks which may become difficult after a brain injury or neurological disorder, including: grooming, dressing, showering, or toileting. Speech Therapy Plus offers Occupational Therapy services to treat a person’s fine motor movements, which can help them gain the strength and coordination to become independent with daily tasks.
