Naiomi Earl moved to Texas from New Jersey in August of 2021, following the completion of her graduate degree. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology with a minor in Deaf Studies from Towson University, located in Towson, Maryland, in 2019. Naiomi continued her education in the Baltimore area graduating from Loyola University of Maryland with her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology in 2021. She received her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in May of 2022.

During her graduate program, Naiomi completed 5 clinical rotations where she gained experience with a variety of populations. Her first three rotations were with Loyola Clinical Centers, where she had the opportunity to work with early intervention, school-aged children, and adolescents with language, articulation, and developmental delays. She also gained experience assessing and treating adults with voice disorders and acquired brain injuries resulting in aphasia, dysarthria, apraxia, and cognitive communication deficits. Naiomi’s fourth rotation was with Baltimore County Public schools where she worked with high-school aged students via teletherapy, specifically working with special education classrooms to facilitate social skills groups and working one on one with students with language and articulation delays. Her last rotation at a subacute and long term care unit helped her gain valuable collaborative experience assessing and treating adults with dysphagia and progressive diseases as well. Naiomi is currently LSVT LOUD certified and proficient in American Sign Language.

Naiomi loves working with all ages and is always looking to continue her learning and experience. In her free time, she loves to pick up a variety of hobbies from crafting, baking, and even building computers! Naiomi looks forward to getting to know each client and their families to help them work toward achieving their communication goals.
