Amanda “Mandy” Lenderman

Amanda "Mandy" Lenderman graduated from Lamar CISD in 1994 and went on to Stephen F. Austin University. In 1998, Mandy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders. Upon graduation she attended graduate school at the University of Houston where she graduated in 2001 with a Masters of Art degree in Communication Disorders. She has worked as a speech Language pathologist in the public school setting, the private clinical setting, and an adult rehabilitation

During her years in Cy-Fair ISD and Lamar CISD, she worked with children ages 3 through 18 which included students in PPCD, LifeSkills, and Autism programming. She has worked with a variety of cases including articulation, language, fluency, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and autism to name a few.

Autism is near and dear to her heart, as she has a child on the Autism Spectrum. She attends numerous trainings and has attended two semesters at the Florida Institute of Technology focusing on Applied Behavioral Analysis. The techniques that she has learned are an asset to all of her clients.

Special trainings include Talk Tools, PROMPT, and LAMP Language Assisted Motor Planning.
